You don't have to eat the same food day in day out with our meal plans. You have the option to customise your meal plan. For example, if you would like to eat banana pancakes everyday for breakfast then go ahead. If you change your mind, don't worry; you can swap in say, rice cake eggs benedict instead.

All you have to do is go to your weekly meal plan, click edit and select the meal you want to change. All the recipes will be suitable for you to achieve your goals. You will start with a basic meal plan that we have designed, but its up to you if you want to change it. You are in control of your breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. Our meal plans will change your opinion about healthy eating.

No more boring bland meals with long-winded instructions and too many ingredients. We have over 100 different recipes, all with different skill levels and cooking times. Each recipe comes with a picture so you can see exactly how delicious the meal you are making is going to be. We also suggest what recipes and meals go best with training or rest days, pre or post workout to get the most out of your plan.

On sign-up you will be asked to complete a quick lifestyle questionnaire. Using the info from your questionnaire a dedicated GHOFitness trainer will make the perfect plan just for you which you will go live the following Sunday. Every 4 weeks you will receive a new workout plan and any changes needed to your dietary requirements will be made.
